Cassava Recipe on Airfryer

Have you ever tried making fried cassava at Airfryer? It is very dry and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, a delight! Here I share with you this cassava recipe that I made recently and soon became a favorite! Just cook the manioc, add the seasonings and take it to brown and dry. Ingredients for making Cassava on Airfryer:

 1 cassava

 2 tablespoons of butter

 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika

 1 teaspoon of salt

How to make Cassava on Airfryer:

Start by peeling the cassava and cutting it into pieces, not forgetting to remove the hard filament in the middle. Place in a pan, cover with water and add salt.

Cook the cassava over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until tender but not melting. Drain the water, add the butter and paprika and mix carefully so as not to break.

Place the cassava pieces in the AirFryer basket, but without overlapping. Bake at 200ÂșC for 10 minutes or until golden and dry.
